Most mattress stores resell mattresses from manufacturers and have no control over what's inside each mattress. But at Jonathan Stevens, we make every mattress right here in West Michigan at our own factory, ensuring the quality is always up to our high standards! Our materials are such a high quality, we have to make sure to let suppliers know we want to order in advance so they have time to switch over from their normal materials.

At every Jonathan Stevens Mattress store, we're proud to provide superior support, not only in our mattresses, but in your shopping experience. We have trained Sleep Consultants at every store, ready to help you get a better night's sleep. These are not just salesmen looking to make money, but trained individuals full of knowledge about every one of our products. Their goal is to use their knowledge to help you simplify the process and make an informed decision. They will ask you questions and recommend mattresses, then narrow down your choices based on your feedback to help you find your perfect mattress.

We don't keep a warehouse full of stocked mattresses like other companies. Jonathan Stevens is factory direct, which means when you shop our retail locations, we fit you for the perfect mattress and then custom build it for you in our Grand Rapids factory. Though for customers short on time we keep a small stock of our most popular mattresses at each of our stores. We then deliver it right to your home. Each mattress is made to order and the lowest possible price because we are the factory.

Delivery isn't anything new, in fact most online mattress companies will give you free shipping. We not only offer free delivery with qualified purchases, but Jonathan Stevens goes the extra mile by actually setting up your new mattress in whatever room you want. No need to lug a heavy mattress up your stairway by yourself, we've got you covered! With our professional pick up we can also take your old mattress away and properly dispose of it.
