Proper Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your mattress and maintain your warranty rights:
- Air Out: Let your mattress air out after removing its packaging.
- Protect: Use a mattress protector to prevent stains and moisture damage.
- Clean: Regularly wash your mattress protector and sheets.
- Rotate: Rotate your mattress every three months to promote even wear.
- Frame Support: Ensure proper support with a sturdy bed frame, especially for queen and king sizes. Make sure that the frame has a center support with a leg that goes to the ground.
What to Avoid
- Avoid jumping or standing on the mattress.
- Do not allow the mattress to get wet.
- Never use dry-cleaning fluids or harsh chemicals on the mattress.
- Do not place a board between the mattress and foundation.
What to Expect from Your Mattress
As you use your mattress, you may notice:
- Slight softening in areas where you sleep, which is normal as the materials conform to your body.
- Firmer areas in unused sections, which will balance out with regular rotation.
- For king-size mattresses, a slight ridge in the center may appear due to padding adjustment. This can be minimized by sleeping in all areas of the mattress during the first few months.
Sleep Tips for Better Rest
- Keep your bedroom quiet and dark for an optimal sleep environment.
- Maintain a cool room temperature, ideally in the low to mid-60s.
- Invest in a quality mattress to reduce tossing and turning and improve overall sleep quality.
